We are able to provide Electrical Wiring interconnect Systems (EWIS) design and manufacture including 3D Modelling, Electrical Circuits Design, Electrical Harness Design, Manufacturing Planning, Electrical harness and box and panel manufacture (with pre assembled electronics if needed) Wire integrity testing e.g. DITMCO. Systems Modelling, Requirements Management, Configuration Auditing (FCA/PCA) particularly in early lifecycle development and in changes / modifications.

With 25+ years aviation experience in both Military and Civil sectors from piece part manufacture through to complex aviation operations, particularly on specialist fleets. Additional to design and manufacture we have experience of Fixed, Rotary wing and Uncrewed Systems in many different use case scenarios.
We help you adopt enterprise-level safety approaches across Safety, Quality, Environmental, Security and Configuration and Data Management to enable Initial, Continued and Continuing airworthiness activities. We can support the implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and facilitate risk management, and independent assurance including Compliance Verification and Independent Technical Evaluation activities.

Systems Engineering and Integration
Spyrian has developed expertise in aircraft systems design using Model Based Systems Modelling techniques for Avionic /Mission & Flight Systems and their Integration into aircraft. This includes Requirement capture and derivation, System architecting and functional, logical and physical modelling. Particularly expertise in early lifecycle design, Electrical Wiring Interconnect Systems (EWIS), Electrical power generation and distribution systems, weapons Integrations and development using Aviation Industry Standard tools e.g. UML / SysML. We have experience across communication, sensors, flight control, ice protection, fire suppression, air data and other aircraft systems and can assist clients from concept through the design lifecycle to Inservice support.
Design & manufacture
Spyrian has expertise in Aviation Electrical Wiring Interconnect Systems (EWIS) particularly first off, early lifecycle design, electrical Design and manufacture where system definition can be less mature than in a production environment. Using Industry standard tools including Loom Manufacture, Loom amalgamations and Installations across the Lifecycle Spyrian can add value on legacy platform modifications to new aircraft developments. Capabilities across 3D Modelling, Electrical Circuits Design, Electrical Harness Design, Manufacturing Planning, Electrical harness, box and panel manufacture (with preassembled electronics if needed), wire integrity testing e.g. DITMCO. Meeting the needs of traditional Fixed Wing and Rotary aircraft to leading eVTOL and Uncrewed Systems across categories Spyrian capability has the agility to work across aircraft types and installation needs.
Configuration & Data Management
Spyrian has developed leading expertise in Configuration and Data Management (CDM) practices particularly in digital environments that require the development of system of system product and service structures to be configured in highly complex applications. With Certified Configuration and Data Manager (CCDM) expertise and experience across all functions of CDM including capability development of CDM Systems including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) Systems in large complex organisations. Specific Expertise in In-Service environments require configuration practices across supply chains.
Capabilities include capability insertion including Training, toolsets, processes and practices, Configuration implementation (Planning, identification, Change Management, Status Accounting and Verification and Audit) and Data implementation (Data Stewardship, Master Data Management, Data Exploitation, Data integration, Data protection Recording).
Standards Development
Spyrian has capability to develop of Electrical Standards and practices relating to workshop manuals and design practices. As the needs of the Aviation environment changes and aircraft types develop Spyrian can bring its years of experience to develop design and manufacture standard to suit the aircraft Type being developed. From component / wire type selection, to wire preparation, finish and assembly practices, Spyrian has the capability to tailor customer needs to meet the airworthiness specifications across aircraft types.
Airworthiness & Safety
Spyrian has expertise across Airworthiness and Safety Regulation and Certification Specifications. Capabilities in Regulatory Compliance management MAA, CAA including BCAR and EASA, Configuration and Data Management, Requirements Management and Compliance Demonstration, Independent Checking (CVE) for Systems, Safety analysis and assessments and their contribution to Aircraft Safety Assessment and / or Operations Safety Case, Verification activities FCA / PCA / Airworthiness Review and surveys and First Article checks as part of product assurance activities. Expertise in small fleet and special operation aircraft Types as well as uncrewed systems in the Open and Specific categories. Type Change (modifications) and Repairs are also within Spyrians expertise.
